I love this program, and I hope they
never charge a fee, as then I won't be
able to stay, as I'm on a disability
fixed income. And I have to concentrate
on being able to afford to buy my healthy
fruits and veggies, for my health.

| ive been to weightwatchers and ive been on diet programs and paid and seen no results because they dont explain how things work but this site is completly different its explains everything and if it does ever ask for payment im willing to pay because i know im getting results

this is truly the best thing that has ever been invented for finding my way to a healthy, fit lifestyle, day in and day out.
All the tools that I need are here. I can learn (and re-learn things I had forgotten) at my own pace. The rewards for doing the work are tremendous and go way beyond losing weight (don't get me wrong, I love that part).

I too thank God for this program. I always wished I could afford to go to a gym and a group like Weight Watchers, but being on disability, I can't afford it. And I would not have been able to attend there with pain and flare ups.
Then this site was brought to my attention. Well I just can't believe it. To visually be able to see all the progress and motivations is amazing.
And I love the fact that I can exercise whenever and at what time is best for me. I can only do a small amount at a time. I may do 15 in the morn, and 15-20 in the afternoon. I don't have to leave home. And most of all, it's free, otherwise I would not have a place to go to for my weightloss.
God Bless you all for doing this for free. You don't really know how you are all helping some people that needed help, but can't afford it.
This program is a blessing in disguise.

| I am def in the same boat!! I can't stay off this site. I am a teacher and whenever I have a break(which is not much) I always want to check what things people have said!! I also love watching my calories go up and down!! Thanks for everything you guys do!!

| i love this site cant keep away from it and the fact its free its fantastic the sparkpeople staff should get a award for the only people who have changed our lives at no charge and put there own time and effort to help us thankyou staff
