Keeping a good mental attitude is the key, with life experiences some time set us off our program... The thing is not to give up on our self. Get back on the program at the very next meal. Aunt Bee

Seems all the diets (very short and very long) done in the past were much easier. So at this time in life I find it very hard to get motivated...then feel worse. I have always been very active until the last 8 years with dancing tennis etc. Now that the only thing I do is work, eat, work, sleep, read and watch TV even when I am with my grand children I have no energy...This site seems to encourage positive attitudes about one self. I am looking forward to the results for my life changes.
