| That's a big YES!!! It helps the same way seeing ahigher number on my pedometer at the end of a particularly good walking day helps. I love the spark points. I'm one of those people that likes the positive accrual of something like points, as opposed to the negative of trying to lose something, like pounds. The points are perfect that way.

Hi Betsy - we left off the SparkPoints from the main page, but are considering if there's somewhere we might put those. Is this something that helps motivate you?

| Thanks for the help! I didn't expect it to change so much. Last question, where can I see my sparkpoints? Besides when I post.

| You daily totals of other nutrients (like calcium) also show up at the bottom of the Nutrition page.

Hi Betsybug - thanks for the feedback!
- We're especially thinking about the water goal - moving all of the other goals to a seperate page was a balancing act because one complaint we often got was that the tracking page was overwhelming
- You can't currently edit your calorie goal, we're thinking about changing that
- You can definitely still track other nutrients. All of those nutrients will show up on your "reports" page - when you click the dot representing each day, you are able to see the detail for each nutrient
Please let me know if you have any other questions or comments!

I just wanted to point out that I really don't like that my water, and other goals are on a different page than the food tracker now. What a pain in the a$@. Also I have a question. I can't change my calories, right? That will be fixed right?
And what about tracking other nutrients? It says on the help page that I can track other nutrients, and when I go through the "Change Diet Goals" thing, my nutrients to be tracked are there, but then they don't show up on the tracker. This is annoying, as tracking my calcium is important to me.
