| CJMarie, I've been getting food from Angel food ministries for about a year now. It really is a good deal and gives us lots of food options. It is just me and my husband, but sometimes I get extra boxes for my daughter. Some of the food isn't very diet conscious, but we do get lots of chicken and there is almost always boneless skinless chicken breasts. I really like it, and for the price I feel like it is worth it.

| I HAVE TRIED IT BEFORE. ALOT OF THE FOOD IS GENERIC. THERE IS ALOT IN THE BOX. YOU SHOULD TRY IT ONCE TO SEE IF YOU LIKE IT.. IT IS WORTH THE PRICE.

| As I understand it, that box typically feeds a family of 4 for a week! A local church in my community is a pickup place, I have been meaning to put an order in for a box just to see.

| Has anyone heard of angel food ministries? I just heard about it and thought about trying it. You can get a box full of groceries for $25. The closest pick up place for me is about 30-45 minutes away from me. Just wondered if anyone tried it and if it was worth the drive time.
