We made these for dinner tonight as we love to do breakfast for dinner once a week and they were yummy. I didn't feel deprived at all, but the recipe said 6 servings. The batter only yielded 7 pancakes w/1/4 cup of batter per pancake. Is a serving one pancake? I usually eat anywhere from 2-4 with fruit and sometimes eggs and/or breakfast meat.
