I have a GREAT recipe for applesauce.
* 6-8 ozs natural, unsweetened applesauce (can be either in large jar or in individual packs)
* 1 tsp - 1 tbsp cinnamon
* 2 tbsps of ground flaxseed
* 1 tsp cinnamon extract (you can take this out if you want)
* 1 oz protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
Believe it or not, this tastes exactly like apple pie plus it's not too fattening.
And it's pretty darn healthy and full of protein and omega 3!
