Today's Featured Recipe. As I read the recipe for the Make Ahead Turkey breast with stuffing. My question/concern is while reading the recipe it said when you are to reheat the poached turkey breast you not only wrap it in heavy aluminum foil, but also wrap it in plastic wrap. First the plastic wrap then the foil. Reheat in a 250 degree oven. My concern would be will the plastic wrap melt to the turkey breast?? This recipe is a keeper for sure, but if anyone can help me out with this I would really appreciate it.
