I love Wild Oats! I do agree that it can be much more expensive to shop there than the regular grocery store, though. We usually go there when we're looking for speciality items that we can't find elsewhere.

Wild Oats does have a strong focus on healthy and natural foods and you're more likely to find a wide variety of flours and other ingredients there. Overall I'd say it's a much better place to shop than the local grocery store, if you don't mind the added cost. Trader Joe's is another niche grocery store that I like to shop at. Unfortunately the Wild Oats and Trader Joe's in my city aren't very close, so I end up going to the grocery store nearest to me anyway (which is actually pretty decent, so it's not too bad).

I recently started shopping at Wild Oats for all of my groceries. Their food has all natural and/or organic ingredients, and it seems healthier in general than "regular" grocery stores. It may be a little more expensive. What do you guys think about Wild Oats? Does anybody else shop at Wild Oats for their groceries? Do you think it's worth the extra cost (if any)? Do you think their products are actually healthier?
