| You should add everything individually. All lettuce, tomatoes, etc. are around the same amount of calories

| yea, isn't that neat? It is important to know what is going into your body; I am glad that fast food chains finally understand that (or at least know that there is a portion of our population who cares what goes in their bodies). I just wish that they would offer more options, but until then, we'll just have to keep getting creative! I'm glad that helped, have a great day!

Don't use the information stored-- look on wendy's website, I think it allows you change the normal ingredients to find out calorie content etc and then create your own food entry and store it. Hope that helps!
P.S. BK's chicken sandwich is pretty good too and McDonald's Chicken sandwich has a great whole wheat bun too!

Hey,
If I don't find the info on Sparks, I go to Calorie King or just look up: nutritional information for____. You find out lots of info that way. I looked up Wendy's website for nutritional info and the info you want is there, just go to http://www.wendys.com/food/pdf/us/nutrition.pdf
Hope that helps

help,
I tend to be a very picky eater and don't like condiments. For example, I love the salads at Wendy's but NEVER use salad dressing (except fresh squeezed lemon). How can I figure out/change the nutritional values of already listed items. I already understand how to "add new food" but I don't know the information without the dressing.........I can't believe the Wendy's Grilled Chicken BLT salad is over 600 calories with no dressing!!
Thanks
