| That recipe sounds really good. I am going to the grocery store, and I may just have to add the ingredients to my list. Do you know if it is the big box of jello or the little one?

we knew what you meant Seoul!! :) I love pie also. Southern pecan is my favorite.
My Mom makes a pie similar to the jello/pudding/strawberry one you are talking about but it has a pretzel crust. Really good!

This sounds delicious.
Deedum, you are funny. My ears perk up too when I heard the word pie- especially ones with flaky home made crust. yum!
Sometimes I make a pumpkin or sweet potatoe without the crust in the shell. I just spray it with non stick spray. Not too shabby either. Did I mention I like home made pie crust. With almost any filling too. lol My weakness is cream pies etc etc....

My mother gave me a recipe for a wonderful pie (like) dessert, and in 1/4 of it, is only 1 weight watchers point! But its crustless. here it is: 1 package cook & serve vanilla sugar-free pudding 1 package strawberry sugar fre jello 1 carton stawberries sliced and cleaned
Put sliced strawberries in bottom of pie plate. Take 2 cups water in medium sauce pan, and whisk jello and pudding together until smooth. bring to a boil, and boil for 30 seconds, stirring constantly. pour over sliced strawberies. chill until set. and enjoy.
you can make this with any combination of fresh or frozen fruit, jello , and pudding. it is delicious. and you can eat a full 1/4 of the pie for 1 point. but thats alot.
