"This is one of my favorites because it is easy, fast and simple and versatile. If you like brown rice, I recommend using it in this and all recipes. It takes a bit longer to cook but is worth the wait, for both nutrition and taste. There is an instant brown rice on the market now, too."
2 CUPS COOKED BROWN RICE
1- 15 OUNCE CAN BLACK BEANS, DRAINED (PINTO OR KIDNEY ARE GOOD HERE, TOO)
1- 16 OUNCE JAR SALSA OF YOUR CHOICE
1- 15 OUNCE CAN WHOLE KERNEL CORN, DRAINED

How do I find yesterday's (April 5) featured recipe? I have searched through the recipes and can't seem to find it. I thought it was something Southwest. The ingredients are brown rice, black beans, salsa and corn. But I didn't write down the measurements or the cooking instructions thinking I could come back and find it. Now I can't. Did anyone save it that they can tell me the name of it? Thank you!!
