The SP people read all the posts. They only respond when they have a better answer, or additional information.
The SP people are busy keeping this site as fabulous as it is, so answering posts is just a part of their job. Should you ever get an instant response, that will just be a coincidence.

| Hello. Just wondering if there is any support help from the Spark people?? I posted a question a bit ago regarding a recipe and have not received a response yet. Just wondering if there is anyone to answer questions or are we just supposed to assume that there is no support? I always find that the response time on things like this from the administrators is very slow.
