Wow! Great idea. Among everything else, the doctor tells me I am now lactose intolerant. I will not give up my cheese though. I've gone low-fat, but I won't give it up. I've tried SILK and prefer 8th Element, but maybe I'll give their creamer version a try.

"Silk" brand soy milk puts out a creamer version of their product. I snuck it into the coffee of my husband and son and they thought I'd treated them with cream! :)

Hi,

You can dilute your cream with water.
50% cream to 50% water.
Gives you the same taste with 1/2 the calories.

Wal-mart has a sugar free coffee creamer that is only 30 calories for 3 teaspoons. It is in the area where other coffee creamers are.

I love my coffee and I love it with cream. for me it's worth the fat and calories. I carefully measure a tablespoon (and no more) in my moring cup of coffee. it only add 25 calories, & 2.5g of fat. For me it's worth it.

Just read your posts. I haven't seen the sugar-free coffee-mate in liquid form, only powdered. I've used it. I mixes in quite well if you put it in your cup first and then add the coffee.

Watch out for the sugar in coffee mate. I don't use it but my friend told me that there is a sugar free version.

I just use a little 2% milk because the calories are so nominal but perhaps you are avoiding milk products.

I actually use a low fat vanilla soy in my coffee. It gives it a good flavor, and I get some vitamins / calcium out of it. In about 8 ounces its about 60-80 calories (if you get the low-fat). To me the calcium is worth it. (I also put splenda in mine to sweeten it up..no cals!!)
