I just put in a recipe I make often for my kids for chocolate chip banana muffins. I just listed the ingredients to make the entire recipe. Then I went over to where you enter the number of servings your recipe makes. It was so cool because it told me how many calories were in each of my muffins! I was so excited because I have been wondering and guessing for a long time! Hope that helps.

I am so confused. When entering the ingredients used in a recipe should I be using the single serving info for calories and nutrition and the serving # equal to the number of servings I am preparing or do I use the calories and nutrition for the entire amount of each ingredient used in the receipe and the number of servings I am making?

And it the recipe calls for a 10 oz can how is the info entered in the nutrion tracker /

Writing this only comfused me more-Help
