I am just "glad" about Sparks! After being with you for several years, I am now just understanding that you all really care about people, about quality of life, about longevity. This is truly a great addition to an already super site. Thank you for helping me and the thousands of others.

| thank you sparkpeople. I have done many diets in the last 20 years but your program is the only one that not only helped me lose 55 pounds but has helped me keep it off for 1 and 1/2 years. I am still trying to lose 16 more pounds. I am finding that part the hardest. My body just dosent want to lose more. But I just wanted to take the time to think you so much. My husband feels like he has a new wife.

Have only tried two recipes, but will definitely try more! My friends want the sight for the fact it counts out calories and breaks down everything for you! even if they are not really dieting. My goal is at least 3 recipes a week. It will be a long time before I get through them all. I love this sight!

I love the editting feature as well. When I've found healthier ways to make a recipe I've had to start over. This way I can just take my old recipe and modify it!
