Good info in your blog NANCY (but I couldn't get your link to work). I also wanted to mention that coconut oil is the ONLY fat that has only 7 calories per gram. It also speeds metabolism as it is a medium chain fatty acid. Coconut oil is not stored as fat but is immediately used by the liver as energy. It also prevents atherosclerosis and helps to lower bad cholesterol. It really is the world's healthiest fat. For me, I have found that eliminating grains and adding more coconut & coconut oil has worked wonders. (FUN with FAT!) Anyhow... just another perspective. Hope that helps!
So, as I have mentioned before, I want to get into fitness comps. Well, at the same time I want to lose weight, lose fat I guess I should say. I do know that with lifting I will gain muscle which will help with the metabolism, and will also increase the number on the scale due to muscle gain. But, I just feel like I have extra fat I NEED to get rid of...I am so SICK of feeling thick, fat, gross..etc with all those nasty words!!! anywho, what do you suggest???
