This sounds delicious! I cannot wait to try it! Thank you for sharing!
Edit: Just made it with Splenda vanilla stir in. Yum!
Edit2: The Crystal Light is a good suggestion, but I found it very strong tasting, so I would recommend adding no more than a quarter of the package. Also, be aware that it contains aspartame, which you may wish to avoid, especially during induction.
---
Adding nsweetened cocoa powder plus regular Splenda (or better still, with fiber) is DELICIOUS!

Ok I was on Induction for about a week and caved in to real cheesecake, it's my weakness I suppose as I could turn down every other sugar and carb filled product. This recipe is a Godsend, I'll have to try it soon, thank you for posting it.

OMG...I made this and have renewed strength!!! I actually used 1 packet of splenda and a few dashes of vanilla extract. It was a vanilla-y, creamy, delicious treat. I tried it warm but decided to put in frig for 20 minutes and it was better cold I thought.
Thanks for this great recipe. So glad I came to SparkPeople.

Om goodness I am glad i found this! I added a tbsp of whole milk Ricotta to this and a little of my crystal light fruit punch packet. It's soo good! But I really have to try Mocha Splenda next! Thanks for this. Its day two and with less activities I'm getting testy.

I try to wait like 20 minutes, but it's cold in about 10. It's worth the wait. The coldest makes it tastier to me.

I'll have to try that. I think I have some hazelnut Spenda stir ins, but maybe I have a mocha around too.
I had to laugh Shells, when I scrolled down and read your original recipe. It says, eat warm or chill in fridge for a few hours. LOL. What?!?! Wait a few hours? you have GOT to be kidding me! I eat it INSTANTLY!
Has anyone ever let it get cold? I commend your willpower!!

I think I just died and went to Heaven. I modified it with one packet (about 1 tsp.) of the Splenda coffee mix-ins Mocha and added 1 tsp. of heavy whipping cream. Beat the heck out of it with my hand mixer and it is divine. Yummy!!

There is also a SF mix-in flavoring for coffee with the Splenda products. They have mocha and french vanilla I know....the mocha would probably be yummy

I made it this morning from memory, except I added an extra tbsp of sour cream, but it still came out good and rich. I sprinkled some nutmeg on it for more flavor. I like it very much and plan to make it again!

Great idea Linda! I usually like the flavored syrups for making it but I usually get it too liquidy. The sf fruit flavored mixes you add to bottled water is a great alternative!!
I'll see if I have any in the cabinet. If not I'll buy some tomorrow and try it.
Thanks!

So simple and so good! And here's a little no carb tweak you can do.....Buy the Crystal Light on the go packs -- little individual pouches, supposedly enough for a bottle of water. I used not quite a half a pouch of the raspberry ice flavor and mixed it with this, adding no carbs and no cals. Voila, raspberry cheesecake!Yum. Then I added some bland, unflavored protein powder, abt a tsp, just to make it more filling !

Congratulations on starting Atkins, Lost_Control! I know what you mean about missing sweets, and this is just the ticket. I've made it several times and it's wonderful.
Be careful with the strawberry cream cheese, though - it has more carbs than regular cream cheese, probably due to the fructose from the strawberries. Not sure of the brand you're using, but it could have 5 gm per serving as opposed to less than 1 gm for plain. In the early stages of Atkins, you'll want to take note of anything that might stall you out.

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!! I just started Atkins and have been a bit grouchy about not being able to have my sweets. This will be a great treat for me when I can. I think I will try it with strawberry creamcheese since that's what I have at the moment.

Great idea, thanks Randy! I've never purchased the DaVinci syrups and I keep hearing such great things about them. I'll look for them this weekend.

OMG is right! I just made it and it is positively scrumptious! I would never have thought to do this on my own.
Wonder if we can add things - like that TrueLemon/TrueLime stuff or even cocoa powder? I hate to mess with perfection, though. LOL
YUMMY!!
