A great place for finding information on using the SparkPeople site is located on the Start page that is under the My Tools tab at the top of this page. You will see “It’s SparkTime! Welcome to SparkPeople! Check out our Getting Started Guide to learn how to use the site" toward the top of the Start page. Click on “Getting Started Guide”. That will take you to a page that has a lot of good useful information on using the site.
