Thanks for setting up this challenge! My brain and mind, they are usually separate intities these days, has been distracted between work and getting ready for a musical show Thursday night. Please do this again .
2-18- Walked 9 hours at furniture market
2-17 Moved and sang 60 minutes walked 45 minutes (track)
2-16 walked 45 minutes (track) moved and sang 100 minutes
2-15 walked 45 minutes (track) moved and sang 120 minutes

Good job, BestMommy64!

I wimped out on Wednesday and didn't do any workouts :(

But! Yesterday was Roller Derby practice again, and since I skated more during this one, I'm logging 1.5 hours for the 2 hour practice.

And I almost forgot! This morning was step aerobics for 45 minutes!

Tuesday: Roller Derby practice! Two hour practice, but there was a lot of standing still, so I counted 1 hour of skating in my log.

If any of you are like me, Valentine's Day turned into a dieting train wreck! Join me in working off all that chocolate and rich food by taking this four day challenge!

I'm keeping it super simple this time, simply do as much exercise as you can manage each day. Make a commitment to come back to this thread each day to tell us how you're doing! Be sure to tell us what activities you did and how many fitness minutes you logged doing them.
