I'd love to join your challenge, although I hope you don't mind if I do a little modification? (I aim for about 5 servings of veggies, and only 1 serving of fruit (helps with bloodsugar levels).) So I'll post veggies, minutes and multivitamins.

Sorry this challenge is late but these days the months are just flying by...lot of projects in the works for me and my company...
So here is the challenge and this will also help me to work out again...have not because of my recent miscarriage but also being really busy...
How is everyone doing with their eating habits? I want to encourage you to post everyday with at least 3 veggies and 3 fruits you are eating...I know we have done this challenge before but does not hurt to do it again right?
Also, please post your exercise minutes...I challenge you to exercise for at least 30 min...
My husband just yesterday bought us a bike to put in our living room...we are still looking for a recumbent also, but so we can work out together while vegging in front of the tv after a long days work...
