Thanks. I got my period and took some pain meds. I didn't want to take any before I knew either way. :( I've never had such pain when coming off the pill before.

I'm still working out. I did 290 minutes this week. I'm still so tired though, I don't get my thyroid checked until July. I went off the pill last month - I'm due for my period on Monday and I'm in so much pain. My csection scar hurts so bad and I don't know why. We thought maybe I had endometriosis but haven't been tested. So either I could be pregnant or my period is going to be so bad the pain is starting now. :( I'm so scared/nervous/excited and trying not to get my hopes up.

I'm doing a 5 mile walk tomorrow morning. I work at a hospital and we have a cancer division, so our walk raises money for the cancer center. :) It will probably be a slow walk because there are hundreds but it will be fun.

Housework and any kind of work you do around the house does count!

Keep up the workouts and calories...tracking everything does help!

I know I haven't been posting regularly here, but I have been doing great with exercising at least 400 minutes every week, sticking to my calories, eating fruits and veg, and water. I sometimes forget to track my water though, as when I go to wash dishes I have a drink just because I happen to be standing there and hear the water. LOL Same goes with tracking my fruit and veg... I usually snack while I am weeding the veggie patch or have a pear while I am bottling. Then I forget I have had them. I need to be more vigilant in my tracking, as I tend to track just my meals, and not those inbetween snacks. Thinking about it though, i also don't track housework, farmwork and gardening as exercise, so do you ladies think that evens things out a bit?

I am very proud of how you girls and this team are going on the challenge.

Hi Jess,

It is a good idea to get your thyroid checked. I am getting mine checked also...i got my blood taken last friday. I know I had issues when I was pregnant. I am also having my hormones checked as well. I am always tired!

The conference was wonderful! We had a great time hearing from a master bridal consultant and I also spoke at the conference on korean traditional weddings. It was great to see all of our fellow wedding planners again.

I know, I'm so tired. I think I need to eat more and get more sleep actually. I'm having my thyroid checked in a few weeks too.

I'm running at warp speed and there is no slowing down. haha I'm working tonight until 12am and then have to get up with the kids at 6am. Should be a slow day for us. But the weather is fantastic this weekend 80's.

Oh no you should not be running out of steam...maybe you need to sleep or eat more...

I am at a conference this weekend and that will probably ruin my exercise routine but I have been good during the week.

Great job gals! Keep up the good work despite the bad weather this week! I love eating fruits and veggies so it is no problem for me...water is another subject though but have been drinking at least 4 cups of water...i also do have cereal every day now so that helps with liquid intake. I have been working out for 60 min every day.

Been doing quite a bit of walking for my 2nd job. Alot of getting in and out of the car and walking door to door. I should be wearing my pedometer so I can see just how many steps I am getting!

WOO HOOO for you!! I"m eating a lot of fruits lately, trying with the veggies. :)
150 minutes 994 calories burned. I didn't do as much this week because my daughter has the gastro bug so I've been busy/tired.

Great job on the workouts Jess!

I worked out for at least 60 min every day...i also ate 3-5 servings of fruits and veggies and drank at least 4 glasses of water everyday!

290 minutes working out. 1629 calories burned this week. YEAH!
I didn't put in yesterday, I stood all day. I mean didn't sit at all until 9pm. That has to count for something right? haha
I've been good with the veggies and fruits but didn't keep track.

Great job Jess! Keep up the good work!

I worked out for 420 min last week...60 min every day. I had at least 5 fruits every day and 3 veggies every day. Water is always a little hard for me, but had at least 4 cups every day.
