The holidays are right around the corner, and to make sure we can enjoy them without guilt, we need to stay on track and focused the rest of the month. So I am challenging each of you to commit to 20 minutes of exercise a day from November 1st - November 30th. Thanksgiving is on the 28th here in the States, and we can all make time to take a 20 minute walk before or after our Thanksgiving dinners! Who is going to accept my challenge?
