As promised, I tried Freekeh -- which looks like wheat because it is. However, after cooking it was nutty, like brown rice. I ate it with cream of mushroom soup that I made at home. My three sons who are very picky also ate it. I really liked it. I plan to use it with veggies like a pilaf. They have recipes to make it into a burger etc.
