I like the friends feed because it shows me easily what everyone is doing. I often miss that with so many posts to read, or when I am short of time. I can check and answer anything I want very quickly. I also get more feedback from my friends which is nice. I like the nutrition analysis. it shows up my weaknesses straight away. Like I dont have enough protein and fats but too many carbs. Being vegetarian I think this is a common problem.
