I was on a walk and did some strenght training today. I chose ZWOD #2 - I absolutely love Manmakers with weights and Twisted push-ups. And walk of course! I aim to have 2 walks for at least 30 mins each. Seems to be working fine so far.
I'm not loosing weight. I'M GETTING RID OF IT. I have no intention of finding it again!

lazy today, did 20 min on treadmill to keep my blc streak going.
Today was my 1st day, I walked 2 miles in 40 mins...not sure good/bad that is.

Today I went for a 4.1 km walk and it took me just under 50 minutes, which I am very happy with. It was roasting outside so I think that probably meant I burned more from sheer heat exhaustion :P

Today was a perfect day for outdoor work. After gardening for about an hour I took off on a 2 mile jaunt. My heart rate monitor says it was work but it felt like pure joy in the sunshine.
Just joined the group! I am home from work due to the weather, so I did the Biggest Loser Weightloss Yoga and I am going to work out on the elliptical later.

i did davina super fit workout it really got me sweating!! il defo be super fit in a month doing it 3times a week at least! anyone else do workout dvds?

I have a stepper so I use that a lot and I also walk every day
i did 2 hours of Circuit Training.this is the second time i have used a gym

Hi all - so far today I've cycled to work (about 25mins) and then took 30min fast walk at lunch time in the freeezing cold...but it warmed me up :)

I've got great intentions but no motivation. Every morning this week there's been a new box of chocs in the kitchen, so I've been scoffing chocs for breakfast. Ridiculous.... There were gorgeous Lily O'Brien ones there this morning. I ate at least 8 of them, feel sick now. Tomorrow's a new day.

Hi Noeleen I have a pedometer somewhere at home. Must dig it up and dust it down! I've got a mini-stepper thingie at home too, stuffed under a bed. And a treadmill that's stuck at an incline of 10%, almost like Mt.Everest.... And don't even start me on the the 10-pack of fitness dvds I bought 2 weeks ago (still unopened) and the ab roller that's dismantled and under the same bed as the mini-stepper).... GROAN!

I have been at SP for 5 weeks now. I plan on changing my schedule this week. I have been a bit lax, walking, doing a little elliptical and scattered strength training. I'm switching to M,W,F strentgh and I am going to do the biggest winner workouts for cardio on the alternate days. On the weekends, play time with my puppy. Scott

Well, no exercise for me today, or for a few days... i am sick as a dog and on orders to stick close to bed.
.. this is wha I get for dancing for about 2 hours total on both nights this weekend with some walking on top of that, when I already felt not so shiny on friday *facepalm*
Well, it is still early for me, but UI have to go *glamgleamfgleam* about the fact that yesterday, in addittion to walking for a total of 45 minutes to go from one place to another, I also played indoor soccer for the first time in... 6 years at the very least 0_0 (got outr ass kicked 10-9 but we will do better next week!)
TOday i foresee alking for 15 minutes, and that is about it - so sore today, don;t fancy anything very active.

hi there just came on and thought i would see what everyone is up to. well i did 2 hours of hard house work as i just had visitors so stripped all beds and cleaned like a mad woman so i didn't get round to doing my half hour on bike but i was moving. what about everybody else.

oh yeah, we do have a pedometer, the kdis have been using it and I have not yet. oh yeah,... gettin gready to go... we have been doing all the chores and loads of walking, I tell ya!! Have a great weekend!!
