I'm gonna start weighing in somewhere weekly....I reckon this is best place to do it.
I just started back on the sparkpeople diet, are a messy 2009.
I put on the best part of a stone over Xmas.
Bringing me to near enough where I started with sparkpeople in the first place. Argh!
It would nice to hear how other people are doing too.
Anyways....This week I lost 4 pounds....I'm delighted with that because I wasn't exercising.
I was carrying an injury.
Hopefully I can do good next week too! I'm aiming for 2 lbs.
