Sorry about the downer week...but GREAT on the 2 kg! Seeee...now I am having to do the conversion...uhh...4.54 lbs per kg....yup yup....Good going! The exercise certainly does help...for wt loss AND stress reduction. Keep it up!

How are you finding Spark?

This week I lost 4 lbs....I'm kinda shocked but delighted too.
I'm trying to get myself into excercise. It is so hard to motivate at this time of year.
I set quite high excercise goals this week, for me. I really want to make them!

I made goal last week. Yeahay!!!
Really proud for avoiding all the treats available at the weekend.

This week I'm going to aim for another 2lbs.
I have more socializing at the weekend.
Think I'm going to arrange to cook in with a friend.
So that I can keep my calories down.

I'm trying to met my cardio goals too.

I'm gonna start weighing in somewhere weekly....I reckon this is best place to do it.
I just started back on the sparkpeople diet, are a messy 2009.
I put on the best part of a stone over Xmas.
Bringing me to near enough where I started with sparkpeople in the first place. Argh!

It would nice to hear how other people are doing too.

Anyways....This week I lost 4 pounds....I'm delighted with that because I wasn't exercising.
I was carrying an injury.
Hopefully I can do good next week too! I'm aiming for 2 lbs.

Hi,

for the tracker if you go to your home sparkpage and click on edit on top right and then scroll to the very bottom it should have everything. You have to have set up a sparkpage.
Good luck and let me know if you need further help.

Can anybody tell me where you get the picture weight tracker you all have on ur posts? I really want one to motivate me - severely fell off the band wagon a couple of months ago after getting a cold but am really ready to lose some weight now!!

I'm at an all time high, since I joined sparkpeople.
I dont want to set a new one this christmas.
I have a family wedding early in the new year.
So I'm going to start checking in here everyweek.

I've heard alot of men say that Yoga waas the toughest workout ever.
Maybe your instructor is easing you in, it is meant to be relaxing.

I joined yesterday I walked for 60 mins yesterday and did a core board class this morning and a yoga class tonight. not sure if i like yoga it doesnt feel like im working out no sweating involved Is it just my instructor or is that how yoga always is.

I lost 3 and half pounds today at my weightwatchers class. I have lost 12 and half pounds since Ash Wednesday. I know it doesn't show on my tracker but I have to admit that when I first started sparkpeople I weighed 210 but I actually gained weight after that, but I am on track now and it is going down. Hope I can keep it up. I had an incentive with this wedding coming up so hope I won't fall back whe it is over. lost 1 stone or 14 lbs so far. want to get down to 105 lbs. Eating between 1100-1400 cals a day (except for today bad day which led to pig out) also running 3 x week.
