hi Linda, Glad to have you on board. Do what ever you can. the point is to get moving. My doctor suggested that I do the 200 minutes last Friday when I went ot weigh in. If you do any gardenting, she told me that I could count half of my time spent gardenting. But I usually like to get out and walk in the early morinings.
My diet is 4 oz of meat and 3 to 4 oz of vegatables or fruit. I can have up to 60 grams of carbs a day. Hope this helps.
I like to start on Mondays and since Monday is the 28th, I figured that I would make that the official starting date. I did enclude Friday and Sunday just for my infomation and an example of one way that you can keep up with your minutes.
Hi "L" and Rose! Thanks for the invite. I've been lost and frustrated for awhile and perhaps this challenge will help get me back on track. Between gaining due to meds and adding to the gain because of going back to old habits, I've gained about 40 lbs from my lowest weight. Not sure I can keep up with 200 minutes, but I will do the best I can with the limitations I have.
