Do these New Year Resolutions sound familiar to anyone?
2007: I will get my weight down below 180.
2008: I will watch my calories until I get below 190.
2009: I will follow my new diet religiously until I get below 200.
2010: I will try to develop a realistic attitude about my weight.
2011: I will work out 5 days a week.
2012: I will work out 3 days a week.
2013: I will try to drive past a gym at least once a week.
Don't let this be you. Start simple and walk. Post your activities.
This is the thread for posting your daily exercise activities for the month of January.
Post any activity that burns calories. Maybe you will motivate someone else on our team to try a new exercise.
Strive for 10,000 steps (or whatever is right for you) and 60 minutes of cardio daily. We have many members who do much more walking than they realize. Show and post your daily steps.
Get up; keep moving. Motion is lotion for your joints.
