This is the thread for posting your daily exercise activities for the month of December .
Strive for 10,000 steps and 30 minutes of cardio daily. My goal is now up to 10000 steps a day. If you can do more, great; set personal daily goals; listen to your body and do what you can, I repeat, do what you can- but do something. Get moving. Post any activity that burns calories and hopefully motivate someone else on our team to try a new exercise. Motion is lotion. Keep moving. Strive for posting every day.
