Why do my calorie/nutrition goals keep changing? I input my goals for the week, calc the proteins/fat/carbs, and then two days later it has changed on its own! I am assuming it is based upon my activity, but is there a way to make it stop? I base my calories on a number that takes into account my planned activity for the week. If I do not notice the numbers have changed, it messes up my whole plan! Very frustrating. Any help is appreciated.
