my question is how do I calculate calories burned on my strength training day? I used a sparkpeople video and do know how to log it from the video page, but it doesn't show calories burned like the cardio entries do.

I would probably count it if it was something I wouldn't normally do. How I would count it would depend on how much energy I actually put into walking. If it is mostly stop and go then I might only put about 1/3rd of the time to walking and entering it into the fitness tracker I would use a very slow walking rate - maybe the 24 or 30 minute mile rate. You would really have to decide for yourself how to track it. This is when a pedometer comes in really handy!
I went to the Philadelphia Flower Show today and spent about 6 hours on my feet, walking the floor of the Convention Center and getting up and down off the floor to take pictures. If it were you, would you count that toward your fitness goals at all and, if so, how would you count it?
