One: I started a product called Zija it is a natural food type supliment made from the Moringa plant. After a week on it I found my pain subsiding and my energy increacing.
TWO: I started to exercise every other day, and I started realy really slow and soft. Just moving i found helps the aches and pains - Really!!! I was amazed and it to now gives me more energy to deal with my day (98% of the time). Going on 3 months now.
Three: Counceling I found a councelor that deals with chronic illnesses and she has been a great sounding board for me.
Four: Rest when I need too!
Five: Gentle yoga type streatching seems to help with some of the pain.

This may sound weird, but sometimes when I'm have bad spasms I try lamaze breathing. Maybe it just give me something else to focus on, but it seems to help a bit.
so much pain is involved with crohn's for me, what are some (non-medication) ways you deal with the constant pain and discomfort?? what have you found to be the greatest way to relieve pain??
