My goal weight is 120, not sure what the BMI would be exactly, but I've been there and liked how I looked so I'm just aiming to return to the way I was. I should be able to do it with just watching my snacking and working out but working out is so hard to do with my non-stop flare ups recently! (any tips are appreciated btw)
Good for you on passing on the deserts! It's definitely hard for me too, especially when my ridiculously fit boyfriend gets to eat whatever the heck he wants to (so not fair).

Sometimes I just have to talk to myself.. if I want to have less fat, then I have to pass that dessert by. If fact, I was able to do that today when I went out with friends. Wanted it, thought about it, looked at it ( was lined up at a cafeteria), then looked away! LOL! It was hard but I am glad now that I am back home...
