Pa is 41/50 states ranked in the Pound for Pound challenge.
After watching the Biggest Loser for the very first time, I saw the commercial for the Pound for Pound challenge. I looked it up. www.pfpchallenge.com/
Now here's a reason to lose the weight. After this message board post, I expect to see PA go up in the ranks. Let's show America how PA does weight loss.
I have to admit. I was truly moved by the BL. Today was the Season 11 premiere and I was in tears for the majority of the episode. Something that really stuck with me was what Bob had said. He said that "this is the average American family and that if the families do not start joining together, guess who's going to be on the upcoming seasons of BL." (Not a direct quote; paraphrased a little) I have to say this has been a huge challenge for me. My father-in-law has taken my daughter (3yrs) to McDonald's once, twice, or three times a week since we moved back here in July. This is after my direct request of no more than once a week. It's time we start making a difference and saving our children and our children's children the frustration and emotional hurt that burdens us with every extra pound we carry.
So let us make this pledge together. Go to the site. Join either by yourself or look up a local team. Let's start making a difference in our area and in our world. What a great way to start the New Year! Good luck and I hope to see ya there!
