Water: Give yourself one point for each ounce of water you drink.

Exercise: Give yourself one point for every minute ANY exercise that you do.

Fruit: Give yourself one point for each serving of fruit that you eat (this is fruit only...no veggies)

Sparkpoints: Each day, give yourself the same amount of points that you get on the spark wheel.



Water: 8,

Exercise: 120,

Fruit: 1,

Sparkpoints: 58,
