This is the new challenge for the week of October 17 through October 23.
Cardio...give yourself 1 point for each minute of cardio exercise you do.
Strength Training...give yourself 1 point for each strength training exercise you complete at least 12 reps of...for example...if you do alternating bicep curls with weights give yourself 1 point if you do atleast 12 reps on each arm.
Water...same as always cause it is so important...1 point for each ounce of water you drink...
Bonus!!! Give yourself 50 bonus points for the week if you stay within your calorie range (the one that SP recommends to you) at least 4 days out of the week.
