Summer is almost here! Time to think about eating those delicious fresh fruits!!

Give yourself 1 point for each serving of fresh fruit you eat...one whole banana (large) would count as 2 servings so that would be 2 points!

Just like always (cause it so good for you!) Give yourself 1 point for each ounce of water you drink:

keystone Slimdown challenge for May 23-May 29

Summer is almost here! Time to think about eating those delicious fresh fruits!!

Give yourself 1 point for each serving of fresh fruit you eat...one whole banana (large) would count as 2 servings so that would be 2 points!

Fruit: Mon....2Wed....2, Thurs....5,Fri....2, Sat....2

Just like always (cause it so good for you!) Give yourself 1 point for each ounce of water you drink:

Water: Sun....64, Mon....64, Tues....64, Wed....64, Thurs....64, Fri....64, Sat....64

Keep up the workouts!! Give yourself one point for each minute of ANY kind of exercise you do, cardio or strength, whatever!!

Exercise: Sun....30, Mon....30, Tues....30, Wed....240, Thurs....245, Fri....60, Sat....60

Give yourself the same number of points each day that you get on the sparkwheel...this keeps us coming back to login everyday!!
