my challenges for 7/3-7/9:

1. go to the gym each day-- well, I'm blowing that one. Been swimming and hanging, with the kids at camp, I'm doing house stuff instead.

2. drink 3 sport bottles of water each day- getting in two everyday. Close but no points

3 eat three fruits each day- 1,1,1,1

4 eat three vegetables each day 1,1,1,1
fruits and veggies are easy when you make blender shakes out of them for breakfast. fills you most of the day.

get one point for each when completed. (easy math)
