Keystone Slimdown Challenge for April 4 through April 10

Drink at least 8 - 8 ounce glasses of water per day.
Give yourself one (1) point for each 8 oz glass you drink.
Water:

Exericise! I have picked 5 Sparkpeople exercise videos...do one of these each day for 5 days this week. Give yourself 25 points for each day that you do a Sparkpeople video workout.

Get out and walk!! It's Spring...time to get outside and enjoy the weather! Give yourself 1 point for each minute that you walk OUTSIDE...it must be outside walking to count!
