I've gotten confused filling out summer camp papers. lost a memo for a meeting i needed. forgot sons bday party. his bday is today so the other day I threw a sleepover thing together for tomorrow. My brain is on vacation the last few months. Just gotta get my act together at some point.

It doesn't matter to me what you want to log. If I logged me time, it would be a crazy number. I don't work, my hubby travels, kids in school all day, I enjoy cleaning and working out, and the rest of the time I'm parked in front of the TV till the kids get home. Me time I have, skinny body, not so much.
I'd just feel stupid logging in 300+ points per day for me time. LOL
I'm good with whatever you want to track. Water and freggies are perfect for me. That's where I need the most help. Whatever works for you guys. This just makes me be accountable.


How will I know what I can accomplish if I quit?

My problem is multitasking. I work during my me time. It's hard for me to just take the time for myself. Usually I take a long bubble bath. You can still log the time for this challenge Cin when you enter the rest. Do you have any suggestions for the challenge?

I didn't log me time. I'm thinking I'd be way into the hunderds there.I certainly get plenty of me time. that's not an issue for me. I get way too much me time and i eat all day. Now that's a problem.

Nope! Me time is 15 minutes for yourself. Exercise doesn't count. Now if you spend time in the sauna or hot tub after your work out you can count that.

Hi guys,
I'm back. My DH moved my desk and left for a trip without setting up my internet. Since then, I've painted my neighbors house, she needed the help, and we went away for a week in Hawaii. I ate everything that could fit into my mouth. Of course now, it's my jeans that don't fit. Back to square one. My goal for the rest of this week is starting back on here, drinking water and getting back to the gym. Monday I want to start the challenge.

And just how did I do that? I went over my fat every day but 3 I think. my fruit was way down. I am forced to work out Thank the Good Lord.
