It surely should be! Is there a drop down box on the tracker for ST? I teach two ST classes twice a week, so I can only count ST on Tuesday Thursday and Sunday.

I ate half a watermelon for dinner. LOL Kept my sodium low.

Well I totally blew the sodium!!!! I didn't do strength training but I think all the cutting of brush and pulling of weeds I did today should be counted as strength training!!

Hi there! Sorry no one compeleted the challenges. bummer. Back home yesterday so I'm ready to start. We walked all over the parks and I didn't really eat park food. Got salads for lunch with dressing on the side. Went outlet shopping and hated the way all the clothes fit. depressed now.
I'm going to make a challenge for myself with what I need to get back to this week. If you want to copy it, feel free. I'm hoping posting my challenges will help me get back on track again. The boys are off to scout camp so I can go to the gym again.

well, I blew the no sugar thing today. I lasted 3 days. Oh well.I'll try that again another time and see if I can make 4 days.
I'm leaving for florida on sunday. So I'll be missing out next week. I haven't been to the gym but will resume after the trip. not much water intake but I've totally upped my freggies this week.
I'm going to keep going with the freggies, even on vacation.

doing well with my no sugar deal for this week.
I'm eating a ton of freggies tho. I'm not tracking much today. I found myself just grazing on freggies. Big deal for me. I usually graze on everything else but that all day long. I've now cut up veggies and made a salad with self made dressing for lunch tomorrow. made hummus to go with my celery sticks and carrot sticks. Also have tons of fruit cut up in bowls for tomorrows grazing by the pool.

so far, I think I'll be okay.

I track on paper too cin. It's just easier. I can get sodium from nutrition facts from most foods. Fortunately I have a book at work I can get sodium from for freggies. Maybe just track those foods I don't have the info for on he SP tracker.

I'm up and running. I'm tracking food on paper than on here cuz it's easier for me and I actually track what I eat. I'll try to get in sodium but I don't know with fruits and veggies what I'm getting.
Just hoping to get back to the gym tomorrow.
We leave for vacation next sunday. I'll have to miss that week. I'll have my phone but I'll be with the in laws and that's going to be tough enough. If they see me on my phone, I'll really have to hear it from them. UGH!

hi guys,
lifes getting in the way again. my husband is home more and so are the kids. been spending time with them out at the pool. been thinking of you and finally had a quiet moment to pop on and say hi.
been into the yardwork, watering to keep the new sod happy and the new plantings. glad we have a bit of rain today.
hopefully I can challenge with you both on sunday. I've been trying to behave in eating patterns now that I don't get to the gym much.

It looks like I sat out the whole challenge. Sorry I guess I just palin forgot to check in here. Honestly it was a really busy week for me and my Spark time was limited to get done just what I had to do to get done. I will say that since water was on the 5% challenge I got at least 8 glasses every day.

Great for you with the no candy Cin. I have to have some chocolate every now and then so I wouldn't do well with no candy.

Not liking the huddling thing. No reason, but got enough on some very busy threads and just adds to more time on the computer. Doing well inspite of not being on here. still no candy, living at the gym and spending time cleaning the pool. It's open, finally up and running but the ducks think its for them. I'll post a pic on my page later. the ducks visit me every morning for a quick dip.

Thanks Mo, It's actually a sadly sweet story. The service is for an Uncle by marriage. His wife, my dearly loved Aunt, passed away in 2007 after being hospitalized for 2 years. They planned for his passing before she died. He was cremated and his ashes will be placed with her.

I forgot to check in today. Almost got past me. my neice came down to Giant Center in Hershey for a cheer competition. I went over to see her this morning. We will meet at the park tomorrow and she'll follow me back here to see the new house. So happy to see her cheer. My first time seeing her and she's been doing it for 15 years!
Still no chocolate. Tomorrow at the park will be a tough day but I'm going to stick to it.

Good Morning Ladies, Happy Mother's day. Sorry I fell by the wayside the last couple of days.I know I wasn't eating right and it seemed impossible to track so I didn't take the time to try. Tracking can be time consuming in that case so I spent my sparking time elsewhere.

well, i didn't get my water in today. i got in ranges for everything except for fat. went a bit under but i won't complain about that. i'm on the road all day tomorrow so i probably won't get to much water. I can't go off peeing all day if I'm doing a bunch of things. maybe after i get home in the evening, i can chug.

Great Cin! I had a waterless day. I couldn't believe it! I went to a seminar where there is always water provided but they had none! There was bottled water served with lunch but by the time the line got to me it was gone.

just finished tracking food for yesterday. in range for protein but went over in fat. I was surprised that I got in the protein. i didn't think i did. guess servings are smaller than i thought. fat was over but not as much as i thought too. getting my eyes opened. thanx for making me track this. it seems to be working.

yea, I'll say. Finally last night, I slept thru. started chugging water now. woke up so thirsty. I think not drinking any in the evening, i'm already dehydrated. I should move outside so i can be drenched with all the rain we have. no dehydration outside, that's for sure.
well, onto day 10 no candy for me. cravings are pretty much gone now.

just tracked everything from today and did dinner in advance so I know what to eat later. I'm again in my protien range. high on fats, but improving elsewhere. Next week I work on fats. still no junk and this week i'm concentrating on more water and fruit and veggies as well as tracking my intake.

I don't usually eat ham, but if I do, it's cold cuts. I buy low sodium and rinse it before I use it. I don't like salt. Trying to get my water intake more. Once I get back to where I was in running, i'll chugging it.
Today is a run day so let's see how I do. I hope to get a couple of miles in and some weights. Then home to gardening if the weather holds out.
just had to track food from yesterday. came in under protien. at first i when i saw protien on the weekly list, I went ugh, i gotta track my food now. then I realized, that's a good thing. it WILL make me track my food. thanx!

Just ain't no way I'm giving up ham! I'm really going to make more of an effort to drink the water mo. I'm convinced it really does make a difference. I'm also going to cut back on the coffee again. That should help.

Hey I'm up to 32 to 48 most days now. A real accomplishment! Today was my DGD's Birthday party. All they had was soda and water. I had about 3 ounces of ginger ale. first since Dec. 09. I drank about 20 ounces of water while there. Still working on it.
