Please do not post here.

This is the new challenge for the week of October 17 through October 23.

Cardio...give yourself 1 point for each minute of cardio exercise you do.


Strength Training...give yourself 1 point for each strength training exercise you complete at least 12 reps of...for example...if you do alternating bicep curls with weights give yourself 1 point if you do atleast 12 reps on each arm.


Water...same as always cause it is so important...1 point for each ounce of water you drink...


Bonus!!! emoticon Give yourself 50 bonus points for the week if you stay within your calorie range (the one that SP recommends to you) at least 4 days out of the week.

Shaking it up a little bit...let's shift gears and do a challenge for the whole month of June!

emoticon PLEASE NOTE...this challenge doesn't start until June 1st...

With Summer getting into full swing, some of us may have a hard time keeping up with all the record keeping on a weekly basis, this gives us a whole month to be motivated!


When you post your results, please don't put the day of the week...just put the amount of points for each day separated by a comma, this will take up less room on each post. I have divided it into weeks, so the last week will be long to cover the whole month.

Summer is almost here! Time to think about eating those delicious fresh fruits!! emoticon

Water water, everywhere....same as every week...keep up that water intake...1 point for each ounce:


Cardio: 1 point for each minute of Cadio...note that this is cardio, ONLY.

Other exercise, Give yourself 5 points for each Sparkpeople video workout you do.

Sparkpoints: Give yourself the same amount of points each day as the points you win on your daily spin...

Bonus....let's really work at this all week...50 bonus points if you stay in your calorie range all week, please just note if you get the bonus points, or put yes or no for each day, that way you don't have to list exactly how many calories you ate each day, or what your allotment is.

Don't let one day get us down...if you don't make it every day, give yourself 25 points if you stay within your range at least 5 days.

Note: You can only get one bonus...if you make it all week, you get the 50 points, you can't get the additional 25.

Keystone Slimdown Challenge for April 4 through April 10

Drink at least 8 - 8 ounce glasses of water per day.
Give yourself one (1) point for each 8 oz glass you drink.

Exericise! I have picked 5 Sparkpeople exercise videos...do one of these each day for 5 days this week. Give yourself 25 points for each day that you do a Sparkpeople video workout.
