I was about to post some encouragement here when I saw that Kara posted the original post in August.
I hope everything is going well for everyone. I would love to lose 5 pounds in 7 days, but that kind of weight loss is not usually sustainable. I have lost 11 pounds in a week when I am first starting out on a new plan, but 1-2 pounds a week is a more realistic and healthy goal. I don't claim to be a medical professional, but I have read and witnessed this so many times.
I think we all need encouragment, I know I do and would love to hear from you all on your progress!!

Since Tuesday I have been doing a medical weight loss plan. No doubt, it's hard. But if I can do this, you can do yours. Keep telling yourself, one day at a time. And drink water. It does fill you up. Success to you.
