Keystone Slimdown September... Let's Get Ready for Fall Challenge

Exercise: Give yourself one point for every minute of exercise you do...walking, strength training...whatever you do!

Water: Give yourself one point for each 8 ounce glass of water you drink.

Fruits: Give yourself one point for each serving of fruit that you eat

Veggies: Give yourself one point for each serving of veggies that you eat

I want to clarify a couple things on the challenge:

1. Once you have copied and pasted the challenge here...when you want to post results, please always go to your original post and edit it.

2. As far as the exercise goes...give yourself the points if you do the exercise that I have the links to (Nicole's videos) and the other points if you walk outside.

I'm up for the challenge, but I'm not clear on the exercise component - are you looking for exercise 5x this week, of any kind? I started Power 90, which is daily workouts of about 30 mins each, and I am doing Couch to 5K, to get my running legs back. Will those do?

Hello!
I love this challenge and would like to do it with all of you. I have one question; I do a bunch of different exercise DVD's and I do not have any SP videos. Can I log the exercise time that I do accordingly? You mentioned you had 5 videos picked out and I wasn't clear on the exercise part of the challenge.

Trying to come up with something different...keep the water and exercise challenges.

Give yourself the same number of points each day as the points you get on the SP wheel. (5pts on 3/1 & 3/2, 2 on 3/3 & 3/4, 2 on 3/5 & 3/6)

Give yourself 1 point for each day that you stay within your calorie range. (1 pt on 3/1 & 3/2, 3/3, 3/4, 1 on 3/5, 0 on 3/6 :()

You don't have to worry about adding your numbers up, I have a spreadsheet that I put your info on and it does it automatically!

Hi, I am so glad we have some more people joining the challenge. Just want to put a few guidelines out so that the tracking will be easier.

1. Please copy and paste the challenge from the "Challenges for the week Chat and description" thread.

2. Each day, to enter your results, keep going to your original post and clicke..edit post so that you keep adding to the original one. If I have to go through and try to find each post, I am sure to miss something. This way, at the end of the week, I just have to go to one post for each person and see all of their results for the week.

Congratulations...we had another fabulous week!!!

As a group we drank 1888 oz. of water...that is almost 15 gallons...you could fill a fish tank with that!!!! emoticon

We did 1144 minutes of exercise...that is 19 hours!!!! emoticon

Congratulations! emoticon You just tear it up on the exercise front, I am committed to 10 minutes a day, I do 30 at least 5 days a week...you are doing great with it!

Ceri edged out Anne with her water drinking!!

Annemarie is the leader in cario with 345 minutes
Ceriusly is the leader in water with 464 ounces

As I said last week, we are all winners because this motivates us all to do what we need to do to be healthy!!

As a group...for the week we drank 1688 ounces of water and did 995 minutes of cardio!!! I think that is pretty great!!!!

I will post the next challenge this morning.

I didn't do too well with the spark recipes, but I was away from home for a couple nights this week. We are all doing great with this challenge!

MOMOSEVEN is that the number of glasses of water that you drank? I want to make sure I have it right, you get a point for each ounce of water you dranks 8 glasses = 64 oz. and so on.
