another nice vegan dessert idea. Get yourself some vanilla vegan yogurt (about 8 oz), add some sweetener to taste, a serving of peanut butter, mix in some fresh granola, refrigerate for about half hour, and voila. This is really a good treat.

That sounds like a great recipe! I have to admit I'm not too creative when it comes to dessert. I usually will just have some fruit, ice cream, a square of dark chocolate, or cookies (from premade dough).
