Sounds yummy! I'll definitely have to try this one for a quick snack.

I have this really neat dessert I stumbled upon by accident, but it has become a staple in my house. I call it Banana Mess.

BANANA MESS

Ingredients:
1 banana
2 teaspoons of raisins
1 tablespoon of peanut butter
2 tablespoons fresh granola
Non-stick cooking spray.

Instructions:
Slice the banana (I prefer thin slices but slice them to your own liking). Place in the bottom of a bowl. Add the raisins, and crumble the granola over the raisins. Spray the non-stick spray just enough to moisten the granola slightly. Then drizzle the peanut butter on top. If you like, drop some raising over the peanut butter. Cover with microwave safe plastic wrap. Microwave for 20 seconds on high power. Remove and itís ready to eat.

It can serve as a dessert or a nice between meal snack. I have had it for breakfast a few times, and itís quite filling. Most of all its DELCIOUS!!!
