Depends...I have quite a few.

This am I had

Soymilk,Choco Protein, Banana,Spoon of peanut butter or almond butter and mix it all up

I also dig this protein called energizer and I just put a mix of fruits and yogurt

Thank you for starting this post. I am trying to find ways to add protein in my diet, and I need some good protein shake recipes. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hey guys! I just had one of the McDonald's real fruit smoothies and I have to say they are delish. Vegetarian (not vegan though) and reasonably priced. 210 cals for the small, 260 for medium, and I think 350 for large? Not bad!

I've made smoothies myself before but my blender died and I haven't bought a new one yet.
