Sounds great! I'll give it a try.
I started 3/6/07 at 149. I have lost almost 22 pounds.

I'm so in!! This sounds like a great challenge!
2012 ... The Year of the Grind
I like to say for join us in May. The huddle room look very good so thanks AUSOMEVOICE for that. Now lets step it up this Month. Will you all join us. As your leader I ask no one to do something I wouldn't do and I know AUSOMEVOICE & VIRTOPIA feel the same way so I hope you Sista will join in.
It's all about " The 10 ". Sista
1. 10 - minutes per hour -let move(exercise) sista
2. 10 person to huddle per day- thanks AUSOMEVOICE
3. 10 welcome anyone person joining this month
4. 10 drop 10-lbs (2.5 - per.wk.)this month
5. 10 minutes -Take some quiet time alone to reflect on problems, possible solutions, and your vision of a better day 1x / week
6. 10-minutes for self.
7. 10 glasses of water per week
8. 10 fresh fruit and veggie per day (breakfast/10am snack/lunch/dinner/pm snack)
9. 10 Write ten words per day good about you.
10. 10 pass something good on to ten people per week.
It's All About 10 this June. Hope you will join me.
Starting June 1st I like to see 10 of you join me but the hold team is Welcome.
