Hot Chamomile works for me most nights, but doubling the Advance Melatonin works for me when the tea doesn't. Of course there are nights that nothing works. Wish I could just shut my brain down... The prescription sleeping pills make me looney as well. Not to mention horribly groggy and ill feeling the next day. Worse feeling than when I don't get any slep for 3 days/nights. Fun!!!

Does fighting with the sheets at night in an effort to sleep count as exercise? Joking...but I had to try. I have fibromyalgia and it's little friend insomnia. I only sleep with the help of medicine Carasopradol and melatonin. However, it seems to be working less and less and the more I exercise the wider awake I am. I'm on a strange circle. I feel for all of you because lack of sleep impacts everything! Wishing you all a restful day/night. Looking forward to any advice anyone has.
