The tea just makes me have to go potty all night. So, that doesn't work for me. But we are all different.

Sweet Dreams all,
Renie

P.S. Have you tried Muscinex for Fibro? Just the Expectorant kind. Docs have discovered it relieves the pressure off the nerves and thus the Fibro pain. You can take up to 2400 mgs a day.

Hot Chamomile works for me most nights, but doubling the Advance Melatonin works for me when the tea doesn't. Of course there are nights that nothing works. Wish I could just shut my brain down...
The prescription sleeping pills make me looney as well. Not to mention horribly groggy and ill feeling the next day. Worse feeling than when I don't get any slep for 3 days/nights. Fun!!!

I firmly believe that fighting sheets and other bedding all night long should DEFINITELY count as exercise!

If I take the Melatonin about an hour before bed, it will help. The usual sleep prescriptions just make me looney, walk, talk, mow the lawn, etc., in my sleep. ARGH!

I can't give any good advice. The melatonin does not work for me. But sometimes, drinking a hot cup of tea and playing some relaxing music works for me.

Does fighting with the sheets at night in an effort to sleep count as exercise? Joking...but I had to try. I have fibromyalgia and it's little friend insomnia. I only sleep with the help of medicine Carasopradol and melatonin. However, it seems to be working less and less and the more I exercise the wider awake I am. I'm on a strange circle. I feel for all of you because lack of sleep impacts everything! Wishing you all a restful day/night. Looking forward to any advice anyone has.
