I will have to try it, anything is new to me. I haven't slept in 92 hours now so anything to get my eyes to close for 8 hours each night would be great. Thank You for sharing.
Live life to the fullest because you never know when it will throw you a curve ball. Obstacles are those frightful things you see when you take your eyes off the goal. Wisdom is knowing what to do next, skill is knowing how to do it, and virtue is doing it. You are successful the moment you start moving toward a worthwhile goal.
Hi, sweetie. That sounds like something worth trying. I'm glad you've joined us on the I Need Sleep Team. You may already know that it is doubly important for us to get our good quality sleep. If you aren't getting your sleep, it will be very difficult to be healthy.
Use a Sleep Diary and keep it by your bed. Turn off the TV and computer about an hour before bedtime. See my SparkPage and the Sleep Hygiene blog. You'll find three links there. Print them out to keep with your Diary.
Let us know how you do. We DO care and want to know how you are progressing.

Lack of sleep has been a problem for me to but lately i have come across a god-sent mixture that has really helped me get my sleep. I suffer from insomnia, which is bad because the later i'm up...the more crap i end up eating late at night.
Dr. Oz had a segment on his show a while back about helping with trouble-sleepers. Go to your local Whole Foods or Grocery Store and buy like 1/2 a lb of Pumpkin Seeds (I bought Roasted Pumpkin Seed because that was all I could find)..some Skim Milk...and honey. Grind up the Pumpkin seed in a coffee grinder etc and add 3 scoops to a 1/2 cup of skim milk. Add some a couple squirts of honey and warm it up in the microwave. Drink that and within 30 min you are yawning like a baby.
I didn't think it worked until i tried it. There is something in the pumpkin seed that triggers your serotonin levels to rise... plus its pumpkin seeds are really healthy for you. just my 2 cents.... hope that helps :)
